CANCELLATION POLICIES | The Driveway

1 ON 1 SESSIONS:

To cancel a 1 on 1 session with one of our coaches you email Ashley at ashley@drivewayhoops.com
If you cancel your session more than 48 hours before it's scheduled time you can receive a full refund to your card. (It can be placed onto your account of future services as well if you choose). If you want it refunded to your card let Ashley know upon cancelling
If you cancel your session between 24-48 hours before it's scheduled time you will receive the full amount as money on your account for future services
If you cancel your session less than 24 hours before it's scheduled time you will not be eligible to receive any sort of refund.

HOOP AND HANDLE CLASS:

To cancel a Hoop and Handle Class session you can cancel through your online account or by calling us at 920-425-4941
- If you cancel online you go to the "Scheduling" tab in your account. There is an option for "My Schedule" that you will click on.
- In there it will show your class registration and have a cancel button next to it
If you cancel your class registration more than 1.5 hours before the class session you can receive a full refund to your card or as money on your account to use on future services

LARGE GROUP CLASSES (NOT Summer Camps):

To cancel a large group class session you can cancel through your online account or by emailing Ashley at ashley@drivewayhoops.com
- If you cancel online you go to the "Scheduling" tab in your account. There is an option for "My Schedule" that you will click on.
- In there it will show your class registration and have a cancel button next to it
If you cancel your large group class more than 7 days before it's scheduled date you can receive a full refund to your card or as money on your account for future services.
If you cancel your large group class less than 7 days before it's scheduled date you will not be eligible to receive any form of refund

THIS INCLUDES:

SUMMER CAMPS:

To cancel a Summer Camp you can cancel through your online account or by emailing Ashley at ashley@drivewayhoops.com
- If you cancel online you go to the "Scheduling" tab in your account. There is an option for "My Schedule" that you will click on.
- In there it will show your camp registration and have a cancel button next to it
If you cancel your Summer Camp registration more than 4 weeks before its scheduled date you can receive a full refund to your card. If you choose to have it refunded to your card, instead of going onto your account, you have to email Ashley upon cancelling
If you cancel your Summer Camp registration between 2-4 weeks before its scheduled date you will receive the full amount as money on your account for future services
If you cancel your Summer Camp registration less than 2 weeks before it's scheduled date you will NOT be eligible for any type of refund
