

Vertimax is the world's leading "Jump and Speed Training System," and one of our Driveway Trainers will be taking you through each class. Vertimax users will gain maximum results when used 2-3 times per week over the course of the summer, so we will be offering packages and class times that allow for this, with testing at the beginning and end of the summer. This is a basketball specific training focusing on vertical leap and explosiveness, first step quickness off the dribble, as well as lateral defensive quickness. Many of the drills will be done with the ball in your hand while attached to the resistance bands of the Vertimax Platform and being instructed and monitored by our Vertimax Trainer.

Each session is 30 minutes long

You create your own group of 1-3 kids (3 is the absolute max)
