"Grow Your Game" Spring Training Sessions

Wednesdays April 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, May 6th, 13th, and 20th from 6-7:30pm

These sessions will be 90 minutes in length and designed to "Grow Your Game" in the off season.  Repetition will be a major focus of these sessions as enrollment will be limited and players will be grouped by gender/ability to allow for intense repetition segments.  We will work on all facets of the game, including on ball defensive work, the most common game shots high school kids take, advanced finishing, separation ball handling moves, etc. 


Who: 7th-11th grade boys and girls.  These sessions will be intense and pace/content will not be lowered for lower skilled players.  (High level 6th graders can attend as well).
